Estimated Delivery Times
Special Order Items - As the manufacturer of most of our youth furniture, our estimated production time is 6 - 8 weeks. Most items are built to order according to the options selected at time of purchase. Each order will be verified and approved by phone within 48 hours of online ordering. All details and estimated delivery times will be confirmed at that time.
Quick Ship Items - Quick Ship items are generally in stock and ready to ship within 1- 4 weeks. Quick Ship items are limited in options and color selection. Each order will be verified and approved by phone within 48 hours of online ordering. All details and estimated delivery times will be confirmed at that time.
NOTE - ORDERS CAN BE CANCELLED AT TIME OF PHONE VERIFICATION IF ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES ARE NOT APPROVED.
Warehouse pick-ups are available during store hours. We require a minimum of one hour notice for pick ups to have your order ready when you arrive. Please be sure your vehicle is large enough for the items you intend to pick up. We will assist in loading your items. We are unable to provide materials or assistance to tie-down or secure your items to your vehicle. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your vehicle or your items if items shift during transit. We recommend items are kept in original packaging and furniture blankets are used for added protection. It is your responsibility to return items for service or replacement.
We ship free to most Southern California areas. A minimum purchase of $500 is required for free shipping. Shipping is curbside or ground level garage delivery. Does not include delivery into home or set-up/installation. Set up of purchased furniture is available for an additional cost.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the delivery options, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Delivery fees are subject to change if unexpected issues arise at the time of delivery (such as extra flight of stairs, inaccessible parking). Consider access to your rooms and stairway ahead of time. We are not responsibile for furniture that cannot be placed or fit in the room.
If you are not home for the scheduled time of delivery, your furniture will be brought back to the warehouse and delivery charges will apply. If a future delivery appointment is scheduled, additional delivery charges will be applied.
All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery. Once we receive your furniture, we will contact you immediately and request delivery or pick-up within 30 days. Payment options for warehouse pick up are credit card, cash or cashiers check only. Final payments for deliveries may be processed by phone.
All furniture purchases are warranted to be free from manufacturer related defects for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase under standard use. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is valid only when proof of purchase is presented.
Non-furniture items can be returned within 14 days of receipt or delivery. Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Mattresses must be sealed in the original packaging.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
